This article reminded me of what the 5th chapter on culture said about multiculturalism. "Viewed as contentious by some, multiculturalism is criticized by those who see it as an attempt at seperating people rather than bringing them together (pg.56).
Someone set an earth mover on fire damaging 3 other vehicles at the future site of another Islamic Center of Murfreesboro, that will include a mosque, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Signs annoucing the new center were torn down as well.
